3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate personal details including your full name, mobile number, and date of birth. It is your responsibility to choose a strong password at the time of registration.

3.2 Identity Verification

kirkya reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit your national identity card or other government-approved documents if required. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. kirkya is not responsible if someone else accesses your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods

kirkya currently accepts deposits via three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed automatically and credited to your account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

Withdrawals are also made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kirkya offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳15,000 must be wagered on a ৳1,500 bonus before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred directly to another person.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, kirkya reserves the right to review the account and cancel the bonus.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

kirkya's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kirkya platform:

• Creating an account using false information or another person's details.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting strategy.
• Playing games using software bots or automated methods.
• Attempting unauthorised access to kirkya's systems or network.
• Using the service for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or terminated and the balance may be forfeited.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

How your personal data is collected, stored, and used is explained in detail in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered part of the service agreement alongside these Terms and Conditions.

11 Limitation of Liability
